Unofficial Photo Opportunities: June 18th will be held at Minoru Chapel starting at 6:30 PM. The dress code is formal or prom attire. June 25th will be held at UBC Rose Garden starting at 6:30 PM. The dress code is valedictory cap and gowns! We hope to see everyone there😍

LIP DUB ANNOUNCEMENT

Hey Grads! We’re so excited to announce one of our year-end projects, a lip-dub video! The lip-dub video will be a collection of short clips from each grad who is willing to participate. Our goal of this project is to promote inclusivity and give everyone a memorable take home from our final year. An example of another schools lip-dub can be found in our bio. Hi, Grads! In replacement of Grad Skate, we are advertising the Richmond Minoru Arena's Winter Wonderland Skating Session on December 30th, 2020 from 7:30pm-8:30pm ⛸❄️ (More times TBD if needed)

ORNAMENTS OF GRADITUDE

Hey grads! Our upcoming Ornaments of GRADitude will be taking place in your block B class on December 14 and 15. The goal of this event is to make ornaments which will be stuck onto a large card. We will be bringing the poster to a senior care home to show the home that Burnett cares and the seniors are thought of during the Holiday season.
If your teacher doesn’t let you complete your ornament in class there will be a box outside of Ms Rodriguez’s room that your ornament can be put inside (last day will be the 16th after school). An example is in the second slide, and the final product is in the third!

If you have ordered a grad hoodie, come by Ms. Rodriguez’s room (D211) during a lunch period between Wednesday, November 25, 2020-Friday 27, 2020

NOTE:
1. You will be helped one at a time.

2. Masks are required and must be worn correctly.

3. Please line up along the lockers and stay apart from other grads picking up their hoodie.

Hey Grads!!! Artona sessions are filling up fast so book your graduation photo session NOW to get your choice of time and date. Go to Artona.ca Click on the "Book Now" tab.

Artona will have their mobile studio at Burnett from February 2-7, 2021. It will be parked in our front parking lot.

If you are wanting to have a Group Photo Session, you can book this on the same link.

You must be photographed by Artona to appear in the yearbook and the Graduation Composite.

Your portrait session includes:

(1) A Diploma Folder, Graduation Certificate, and a copy of the Composite at the Valedictory Ceremony.

(2) A 5x7 Commencement Photograph of you receiving your diploma.

The 2 items above are provided to you FREE of charge, regardless of whether or not you order a photo package.

Artona requires a $60 refundable deposit at the time of your sitting in order for you to receive your unique username and password to view and order your session online. The deposit may be applied directly to your order or refunded if you do not order a photo package.

Hey grads! Our theme for tomorrow’s Artona photos is Dress like a Toddler/Kid. As always, participation is optional! Some inspiration ideas will be in the next slides, but some ideas are onsies, kid pajamas, pigtails, stuffies, sleeping masks, soothers, etc. Please do NOT wear anything that will make you unrecognizable (ie. fake glasses) and keep it appropriate as artona has the right to refuse your photo. Hats and unnatural makeup are not allowed. Please DM us if you have any questions about your outfit! Bring donations for the Terry Fox Foundation tomorrow!
